How billing will work
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged. The apps ask you to pick a plan. Your files stay on your computer, and you can still open and export them.
When do you charge me?
Only after you choose a plan. We email you a few days before every payment, so there are no surprises.
How do I cancel?
One click in your account. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No cancellation fees.
Can a school pay by invoice?
Yes. Schools pay the same monthly price per teacher, monthly or for the whole school year, by invoice.
How do class codes work?
A teacher creates one class code for up to 40 students. It works until the end of the school year, the teacher sees who joined and can remove anyone or make a new code.
Do students need an email?
No. Students type the class code and a nickname. We do not collect student emails.
